Write the item type and the missing detail together: hoodie garment measurements, shoe sole photos, bag interior dimensions or an estimated packed weight. Add Yupoo, Taobao, Weidian or 1688 only when the row already points there.
When you only have a broad spreadsheet
Start by choosing one product type. A mixed page of shoes, jackets and bags makes it hard to compare photos, measurements or weight fairly. Keep three to five similar rows and decide what information every one of them should show.
A recent year in a page title is not proof that each row is current. Check the review date, open a few destinations and note whether the visible item, option and price still match.
When the source page is unclear
Add Yupoo, Taobao, Weidian or 1688 only when the row already names that source or when you need to understand where the link leads.
Yupoo albums
Check that the album matches the item and contains the detail photos you actually need.
Taobao or Weidian listings
Match the item, selected option, visible price and seller information with the row.
1688 sources
Confirm the exact variation and price yourself; the source name alone says nothing about quality.
An original-link or converter tool may help you reach the destination, but the external page still needs its own checks. Confirm the final domain before entering any account or payment information.
Choose one product type
Categories make the rows comparable. Shoes need shape, sole and size evidence; clothing needs garment measurements; bags need dimensions, interior views and closure details.
Do not mix unrelated item types in one comparison. The product type tells you which photos and measurements should exist.

When photos or sizing are missing
Ask for the view that could change your decision, not simply “more QC photos.” The result still needs to match the exact color, size or variant shown in the row.
For fit questions, look for a size chart, garment measurements or an insole measurement. Use the site checklist when you need the same standard across several rows.
- For footwear: look for side, heel, sole, insole and size evidence.
- For clothing: look for a size chart or garment measurements, not just a fit adjective.
- For bags and accessories: check dimensions, interior, clasp and strap details.
- For shipping: find an estimated weight range or packed dimensions before using a calculator.
Before you estimate shipping
Keep the figure as a range until the packed dimensions, destination and current route are known. A precise total built from a rough item weight is still a rough estimate.
Package tracking belongs with the service handling the transaction. For planning, compare the item price with domestic delivery, packed weight and possible extras.
Use link converters carefully
A converter changes or exposes a URL so it can be opened elsewhere. That can be convenient, but it does not carry the meaning of the original row with it.
A converted link is not a verified link. Compare the destination’s title, images, options and source details with the row. A converter cannot confirm seller reliability, item quality, availability, price or shipping.
Safety and account questions need the right source
No page title can settle whether a service or listing is safe. Compare current policies, transaction details and recent independent feedback before deciding.
Login, coupon, refund, payment and tracking questions require the account or support route connected to the transaction. This guide cannot access an order, account or parcel.
Turn the uncertainty into a short request
Choose the detail that matches the uncertainty in front of you: the final source, one missing measurement, a useful photo view, an estimated packed weight or the correct support channel.
If another agent spreadsheet brought you here, use the agent spreadsheet review guide before trusting its dates or links.
Browsing habits that waste time
- Opening more broad lists when the real question is about one measurement or photo.
- Assuming “2026,” “best” or “new” in a title proves the rows are current.
- Using a converter and treating the destination as verified.
- Opening every result instead of comparing three to five similar finds.
- Asking for QC photos without naming the item or detail the photos should answer.
- Looking for an exact shipping price before you have a credible weight estimate.
